OUR UPCOMING PROJECT
Altadena Business & Community Hub
Our vision is to create a modern and welcoming business hub in Altadena where entrepreneurs affected by the Eaton Canyon Fire can rebuild, reconnect, and continue growing their businesses. Through affordable office spaces and community-centered design, this space will help local businesses return and thrive without the burden of high commercial costs.
Built from repurposed cargo containers, this two-story space will include office suites, a rooftop patio, meeting spaces, and a community café designed to bring life back into the area while supporting both economic recovery and community connection.
The café on the first floor will offer coffee, pastries, and plant-based options to provide diverse choices for the community. We also plan to offer fire-affected discounts and outreach initiatives, including free drink hours for those impacted by the fire.
To bring this vision to life, we are seeking donated land, materials, and community support including cargo containers, construction supplies, labor, furnishings, electrical work, landscaping, and building assistance. Every donation helps create an opportunity for local businesses to return to Altadena, restore stability, and rebuild stronger than before.
